Fishing has been superb over the past month since the 'big freeze' has gone. Lures such as cats whiskers and montana's are luring many rainbows. The blue trout recently stocked are also giving fishermen some memorable days, these hard fighting fish have been stocked at and average of 3lb, with many larger ones due to arrive over the next few weeks.

On the Horseshoe it's been fishing well, the heavy rain has affected the fishing as expected but some 'BIG' carp are falling to halibut pellet and meat
The Carp pond is much the same as the horseshoe, patient and persistant anglers are picking up decent fish, again the best baits are meat and pellet
The Willow pond as ever is fishing superbly well. Even when the other ponds don't fish so well this popular pond does. 100lb+ bags are regular. Use pellet for best results
The Bridge Pond has produced some remarkable results recently, even in gale force winds and heavy rain some great bags are being recorded. Paste, castor and worm producing best results
